Exhibiting professionalism allows you to engage in behaviors that contribute to a positive, productive, and cohesive work environment. You will have the opportunity to develop competencies in the areas of teamwork, leadership, personal presentation, and multiculturalism and diversity. Through repeated practice and study throughout your academic program, you will understand and learn to exhibit professionalism in your chosen career. Each outcome will be present in one-quarter of all major requirement courses.

Each student is evaluated in all of the mentioned competencies during their degree course at Kaplan. At the end of our degree, we are given access to how our Professors over time accumulated our final scores. My scores are as follows:

100% Mastery in Management Practice Basics, Teamwork, Global Ethics, Critical Thinking and Ethics, 95% Mastery in Leadership Development, Change Management, Management Theory in Practice, and Process Analysis. 90% Mastery in Science, Research and Information, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, Decision Evaluation, and Communications. 85% Mastery in Arts and Humanities, Environmental Analysis, Social Science, and Decision Evaluation.
